All orders received will be processed and shipped within 3 business days (Shipping days do not include public holidays). If for any reason your items purchased are sold out, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and you will have the option to receive a refund or choose another item/s (to the same value of original purchased item).

Once you goods have been posted, you will receive your shipping confirmation email, in which it will allow you to track your order.

International Shipping:

Deliveries to New Zealand and other countries will usually arrive after 7-14 days from shipping date.

Custom & Duty Charges - Deliveries to countries outside Australia might incur customs or import taxes. Please be aware we DO NOT cover these costs as we have no control over these charges.  

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the shipping address is correct. If the wrong shipping address is provided, please contact us on gorgi.collections@gmail.com. We will do our best to fix the issue. If however the parcel is returned and the customer requests to resend the parcel additional shipping fees may apply. 

RETURNS:

We do understand that online shopping can be difficult and we do our best to provide accurate images and descriptions of our products online. We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase.

If for any reason you wish to return an item purchased at full price from our website we would be happy to exchange or refund the item purchased within 14 days of original purchase. 

Exchange / refund is not available on sale items.

Please note items for return must be unused and be in the original condition with all original tags attached. 

Due to Hygiene reason - Returns / Exchanges WILL NOT be provided on the following items:

  • Hats
  • Beanies
  • Jewellery
  • Scarfs
